A key objective of the Fund is to invest in Notes issued by the Note Issuer. These Notes are secured over the Note Issuer and a number of real estate mortgages where the Note Issuer acts as lender, which are,by their very nature, long term investments.This may in some circumstances potentially impact the ability of the Note Issuer to redeem Notes which may impact the Funds ability to pay withdrawal requests within the time frames provided for in the Fund Constitution and disclosed in the Product Disclosure Statement.
