Settlement of Broadlands Gardens Lifestyle Living acquisition

Integer Securities Limited in conjunction with property group Boyuan Holdings Limited (ASX: BHL) today announced the settlement of the Broadlands Gardens acquisition for $63 million (excluding costs). The acquisition includes an existing portfolio of NSW lifestyle living communities and development sites located at Tamworth, Green Point, Muswellbrook and Harrington.
